This week, Wayne is joined by another mainstay of Management-Issues roster of columnists, Patricia Soldati. 2 minutes 40 seconds - Wayne welcomes Patricia Soldati, a long-term columnist on Management-Issues.com. The article that has sparked Patricia’s interest is a piece highlighting that age bias is alive and well in the workplace - although it is apparently impossible to prove it.
